Alexander von Welczeck presented SkyH2O from Silicon Valley. The firm is focused on Water Tech and currently runs a financing round of up to 10 Million US $. The concurrent closing of 2 JVs with strong partners in the Middle East and Asia will make them to become a global player in Atmospheric Water Generation.
Jan von Hofacker, Managing Director of Ameo, showcased with his presentation of the Powerbreather the proof that German inventions can also conquer the sports and lifestyle industry through innovation and passion. The Powerbreather is a revolutionary product and will become a mass product in the swimming and leisure industry. Investors are invited to take part in the company’s growth in the current financing round.
Jani-Mikael Kuusisto presented the Portuguese company Ynvisible that will go public in October at the TSX-Ventures in Canada and will receive a dual listing in Germany within days later. Ynvisible enables the IoT industry to visualize its sensors and invisible chips. The fields of applications are numerous for many industries and enable the company to act as a first mover to capture a multi-billion dollar market. It is not surprising that many of the attending investors took advantage of the opportunity and subscribed consequently shares of Ynvisible in the IPO.
Bob Archer, founder and former CEO of Great Panther Silver, presented the Company, which is a mid size silver producer from Mexico. He explained its growth strategy through the recent substantial acquisition of the new silver deposit in Peru. It was obvious to the listener that the highly-liquid Great Panther share offers the investor the opportunity to achieve leveraged performance from rising silver prices.
Blair Way, CEO of Leading Edge Materials Corp., presented not only the company, but also provided knowledge about the structure and material content of lithium-ion batteries. This revealed that many marketing slogans, which are issued by interest groups mainly from the lithium lobby, need a closer look. With its multiple properties, Leading Edge is perfectly positioned to become a reliable partner for future battery producers in Europe and beyond.
Tobias Mayer – Founder, Managing Director Lion Smart GmbH and member of the Board of Directors of Lion E-Mobility AG, impressed the investors with the outlook on the electro mobility industry. He was presenting the Company as a leading, independent engineering powerhouse for energy storage solutions of all types and uses. The company is currently in an important phase of internationalization into the USA and Asia and I can assume the audience was in unique opinion that Lion will make investors happy.
The event was complemented by short presentations by Sean O’Neill – Partner and Corporate Lawyer at Boughton Law, through Canadian stock exchanges via Reverse Takeovers and Rainer Günther – Asset Manager at CM – Equity, through the 1 – year existence of the CME Electromobility & Smart Energy Solutions Certificate. The certificate, which is tradable every day, had developed through the active management of Mr. Günther as the best-performing Wikifolio certificate of all asset management certificates.
